James brings bold ideas and creative thinking with his customer-driven approach to every client relationship. He has more than 15 years of experience working in client-facing marketing roles, letting him really get under the skin of a business’ brand, product or service.

As the agency’s brand strategist, James uses his international experience to advise on everything from complex scenarios to brand and campaign directions. His experience includes both B2B and B2C businesses, in industries such as DIY/home improvement, ecommerce and sports markets.

Using his 20+ years of agency experience to lead his graphic design and web development teams, he spends his time formulating clever strategies for brand and marketing campaigns.

Mark also has a unique breadth of experience – including branding, digital, email marketing, user experience and print techniques – that helps us impress our clients from the get-go. Industries he’s worked with include automotive, engineering and travel.
