Nisbets approached us at the end of last year, when they were looking to launch a new national campaign to speak to existing customers and prospects, demonstrating the steps the business has taken to improve their product range, pricing and service.
We presented a number of strategic approaches and campaign ideas to the Nisbets marketing team, who chose to proceed with our ‘We’ve Listened’ theme. The ‘We’ve Listened’ campaign was developed in response to a tough 2024 for Nisbets, and focuses on turning this around by showing that they have taken on board what their customers want and taken action to make improvements and meet customer needs.
Focused on the key pillars of product, price and service, the first part of the campaign launched in February in the form of an email from Frankie Adams, Managing Director for Nisbets UK & Ireland.
