James and Sapna’s Trip to Naidex
A few weeks ago, James and Sapna headed to the NEC to visit our client Permobil at Naidex, the UK’s leading event in empowering and advocating for the disabled community.
It was a fantastic opportunity to deepen our knowledge of Permobil’s extensive range of power and manual wheelchairs, and to engage with customers, caregivers and clinicians.
James and Sapna spent time furthering their knowledge of Permobil’s product range and what makes them different to competitor products, learning about specialist wheelchairs which are designed to cater for different customer needs from children to surgeons.
Strengthening Client Relationships
At the event, James and Sapna also learnt more about the industry and met some of Permobil’s brand ambassadors and those who will be involved in the latest campaign – more on that to follow later in the year!
We always love catching up with clients in person, and it was a great way to strengthen our working relationship, enabling us to better understand and serve the Permobil community.
