Through our partnership with Permobil, we have worked collaboratively as an extension of their team, supporting on a number of projects requiring expertise in web design, development and content creation.

A key early initiative was the design and implementation of an online product selector for manual wheelchairs. From an initial brief, we completed extensive research to understand the drivers behind customer decision making. What were the attributes users searched for when purchasing a new chair? What were their purchase challenges? Answering these questions created the foundation for the selector, allowing us to then collaborate across the team to build a simple, engaging process, centred around the customer’s requirements.

We are excited to continue our on-going partnership with Permobil and look forward to supporting their future marketing growth plans.
